My background spans functional movement, weightlifting, primal patterns, and 225+ corporate wellness presentations. I've trained everyone from high school athletes to executives, professional athletes to adventure seekers.

What happens at the free Movement Assessment?

We spend 60-90 minutes looking at how you move, where you have restrictions or imbalances, and what your goals are. From there I build your program. No pressure, no obligation — just useful information whether you train with me or not.
What does small group training cost?

Small group training is $61-67 per session. Groups launching now in Golden Valley.
Do I need prior experience?

No. Groups are built around the members in them. If you're a beginner, your group will reflect that. If you're experienced, same thing.
