The mantra 

Every goal. Every class, Every member. Start from your level, and go from there. In our Foundation Bootcamp, you'll receive the direction you need to succeed. We'll focus on posture and position to develop your goals, improve your technique, and help you find your strength. 

The Bootcamp

Don't just strength train. Train strength. Train three times a week for six weeks. Train simple movements for a strong foundation. That's the basis of our Bootcamp. With us, members will learn to push, pull, run, and squat. They'll work hard to set and achieve goals. And they'll get strong. 

The schedule

Foundation Sessions are held at 5:30PM on Monday, Tuesday & Thursday

THe Plan

6 weeks to build your Foundation.

3 Classes per week

2 Private Sessions with your coach to work on your nutrition or movement goals.

Who we Are


Who we are

We are a strength and conditioning gym. We help our members reach their definition of fitness, whether that's training for a competition, a sport, or just training to play with the grandkids. We set goals and develop workouts and, personalized plans to get you there.

We focus on the primal movements. We push, pull, run, and squat using proven coaching techniques. It's not flashy, but it works. It's not a trend. It's the stuff that builds strength.

And it will challenge you in new ways every day. But you'll sweat through it all in good company, alongside a community of awesome people and team of knowledgeable coaches and trainers to help you get the most out of your workout.

Full Strength

Our Full Strength program is designed to build strong movement through barbell exercises, sprints, jumping, and throwing.

We focus on developing speed and strength in the gym so our members can improve outside the gym. Whether as an athlete, martial artist, or a rock-star parent. 


Group Classes

Maxmead Fitness group classes are recommended for all levels of ability. We focus on proven training methods and time-tested exercises to maximize your results from each one-hour workout .

It Looks intimidating, but we promise each member will receive expert coaching  every class.

Today's workout isn't always your workout. No one workout fits all. So tain with someone who understands your unique challenges. Develop a personalized program that works for you.   

With private individual sessions, we ensure one-on-one attention to each client.
